Just some late nite thoughts, as I lay here and write for my new project and plan for the future. This may sound conceited to some so I'mma have a warning here and now, but ..this is my blog so I can say what I want, fuck it. (BTW this entire post is no shots at any one in particular, it's just a general observation I've made)

Why is it that so called emcees who always claim their shit is the hottest are never dope? And this isn't about the ones who talk about bullshit on their tracks like selling drugs and killing and shit cause we all know they wack and perpetuate negativity..this is about the ones who always talk about bringin the real shit back in their songs, so much so that's all you hear them talk about.. Their bar games are never up to par and they sound redundant for real. Stop gassin yaselves, like the roots said "you ain't fly".. but fuck it tho..

I'm starting to have a real good feeling about this summer so far..music and life in general seems to be on the up and up (even though my new job is giving me next to no hours; target ftswindle) like I said back in february this is the year. Things are falling together in my plan and even though it's still very loose & not concretely written down on a paper that says "MASTER PLAN" it's coming together...the funds just have to catch up for real..it's the year ya'll..

One last thing before I check out though..i gotta give a shoutout to my homegirl brandi..she's a dope chick for real I feel like we connect on so many things...u remind me of that girl next door! I admire your talent and your plans (honestly) you inspire me. just wanted to say that lol..

K.I.M. (Keep It Movin').

Sometimes things don't go as planned, in my life I've come to intimately learn that lesson for real. I don't want to dwell on it but I thought she was different..turns out she may be just the same. I gotta keep it moving tho and just be who I can be.

It's funny how "love" & thoughts of love can be in your mind even when you don't want them to be. Whoever said chemical imbalance was 100% right. I'll be writing lyrics, riding the bus, even sleeping and those thoughts will just seep right in...Hell I even named this post "KIM" lol I have women on my mind :P

I'm about to leave Baltimore again & go back to my college (which I'm sick of) so this'll be my last post for all of probably 24 hrs lol. Still dealin' with these women problems, shit is funny too because I was stressin' out over the chick in my last post & another girl from my past hit me up on facebook talkin' about how she misses me & all this other stuff...

...I have no clue how to reply to her...

What's On My Mind

I've been packing for school the past few days & I haven't had much time to really sit back & reflect on how far I've come to get to this point. I am almost halfway done with college & it still strikes me as amazing how much more I have to do. Of course the degree is important but I am also talking about music.

Call it a hunch, but I believe that me & 810 will make a name for ourselves & in turn for Baltimore & everyone else in this area who can really spit & truly has a dedication to this art. The world underestimates us...they say we have no identity...and all due respect to the DMV scene but we're just not a part of that. So, with all the odds against us, in every imaginable way, I still believe we can do it. Bet.

Anyway, lemme get back to packing. I'll have my thoughts on the NOTORIOUS movie up soon.
